The Alarm Receiving Centre is essential for the protection of your assets. Envision Intelligent Solutions opened the ARC in March 2016 and it was one of the UK’s first new European certified CAT I Alarm Receiving Centres.
The security monitoring centre was designed, built, operated and certified to BS EN 50518 standard.

Alert, Action and Response
Our dedicated security team manages thousands of activations daily, as movement is detected by our DRP Wireless Security Cameras throughout all sites.
We will distinguish which security alerts pose a threat to you and determine if action needs to be taken.
You will be alerted to the danger and the action taken if the threat is real.

Keyholding
We are an SIA approved contractor for keyholding, allowing us to manage keys for clients to provide out of hours access for maintenance or for alarm response.
Alarm Response
Allow our mobile response teams to look after any alarm triggers. We will be on site within an agreed time period to check for the cause of alarm, any signs of damage or intruders, reset the alarms and liaise with emergency services if necessary.

Need to block access for vehicles? We can supply and manage concrete blocks and bollards to stop vehicles accessing your property. This is particularly helpful for derelict or vacant sites.
